My current weight is 196. I have lost 4 pounds since January 1st and I am feeling good. Logging all of my food really helped keep me on track over the weekend.

It's not very ambitious, but I am planning to get exercise by cleaning. That way I will kill two birds with one stone, so to speak!

I will eat things until they are gone. If I buy a bag of candy for Halloween or Christmas, it's like a magnet, drawing me back to it until it's all gone or I throw it away. Keeping track of what I eat on myfitnesspal is really helping me avoid this cycle. :)

I wish for the strength and will power to avoid mindlessly eating the junky food I am not even hungry for!

I'm new to this site today and 52 pounds will be almost where I want to be by this time next year. (Although, if I could get close to there by summer, that would be perfect!) I am excited to be working within a group to help stay on track. Happy New Year everyone!
