Print out what you just wrote and take it to your doctor. I know that people sometimes sugar coat things when they talk to their physician, but this is an honest representation of how you feel. Let him/her know what is going on honestly, so they can check for other issues that might be in play. Good luck.

You look fantastic! Very inspirational. Thanks!

Plan what you want to eat for the day and log it first. That way you will see if you have any wiggle room for extras. Plus, when I already know what I will be eating, I spend less time thinking about it. Good job with the exercise log! I am still working on that... Good luck!

This is me, too.

So far, so good for me. I am down 29 pounds since January. I put 2 pounds a week into my settings, too, but I can't get that kind of a calorie deficit without exercise. With my regular activity and with keeping to about 1200 calories per day, I am still losing about one pound per week. Good luck!

Me, too!

I like Ocean Spray diet cranberry juice. It's only 5 calories! Popcorn seems to be a great snack staple, too.

Don't look at the next month, look at the next year. If I remember that only a pound a week will put me down 52 pounds in a year, it helps. If you are only down 1/2 a pound a week, that's 26 pounds...nothing to sneeze at. Push your horizon out farther and the big picture might help your motivation.

Log your food. I'm a glutton when I don't write it down!

Thanks for sharing!

I am 5' 2" and started at 200 pounds. I joined MFP in January 2013 and am down to 178 pounds now. The whole first month, I didn't do anything with exercise. I concentrated on weighing and logging food and planning meals that would fit into my calorie goal. By February, that was a good habit, so I concentrated on drinking…

I don't know what I would do without my food scale. Before I started measuring things, my portions were so out of whack! Using the food log to plan my meals for the day ahead of time is really helpful. That way, I know if there's any wiggle room for unexpected food during the day. Having supportive friends really helps,…

I have the Fitbit One, but I think linking the accounts is the same for both. Once you set up your Fitbit and create an account, follow the link below to sync them. The information usually updates every 15 minutes or so if you are near the computer (or smartphone.) Hope this helps.…

Aldi has a Caesar Salad Kit (Little Salad Bar) in a bag. I never used to like salad very much, but I love this. It's so yummy and easy that I eat it almost every day.

Sugar (candy in particular) is my weakness, too. I have been using MFP since January and have been very happy with the results. If I don't eat a lot of sugar, my cravings for it are way less. Easter was hard for me and I did eat a lot of sweets for a couple of days. My craving for sugar came back after that, but it only…

I just got a Fitbit One yesterday and I love it. It syncs to MFP easily and it has been a great motivator for me to get up and go.

March was a rough month for me with St. Patrick's Day and Easter. Too much good food...(and sweets are one of my worst temptations!) Back on track now, though. Current weight 179. Hope to be closer to 170 by the end of April.

I hope you love it here. I joined in January and it has been great for me. Welcome!

I like multi-grain Cheerios with unsweetened almond milk or Total Raisin Bran with almond milk. The almond milk is new for me and I really like it. I tried the vanilla flavor first, but it was way too sweet. The unsweetened almond milk tastes great!

Glad you came out of hiding. The support really helps. Congrats on your success so far!

46 with 48 to go!

Down 17 right now. Had a tough weekend with birthday parties, vacation, and celebrations. One day off track brought me up 3 pounds! But, they are coming off fast. I love MFP because this is one of the first times that "one day off track" didn't throw me completely off track!

:blushing: Figuring out how to quote and post...

This was me, too!

You don't have to give up beer completely...Just work one into your calories for the day. Trade it for something you don't really want. I traded a cup of rice for a glass of wine the other night and it was totally worth it! On Superbowl Sunday I had worked in pizza and beer (which got waylaid when I went to a totally…

I'm down 17 pounds! So glad for this site and all of the supportive people on it!

Mix some chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, and soy sauce in with your turkey burger, then cook it stovetop. Sometimes I add in some fat free blue cheese dressing. These burgers are SO good!

Down 14 pounds! Yay!

I've been doing it since for the past month and I find that when I plan out my meals for the week and log in what I plan to eat for the day in the morning, then I can stay on track. Cereal and coffee works in the morning and I make the same sandwich, yogurt, V-8 for lunch most days. I'm having fun with dinner though -…

190. Ten down!
