    Well after last week's drop, this week I am up 0.8. This is my pattern : a big drop followed by a few weeks of small ups and downs finally followed by another big drop. Hope the big drop is soon. I have been sticking with 90 minutes on the recumbant bike, two days of strength training with a personal trainer at the gym and getting 4000 steps. Tomorrow I am adding yoga once per week with the intention of increasing it going forward. I am certainly the tortoise as far as weight loss.

    I'm down 11 pounds from the beginning of the year. While this is good for me, it's not great. I must rededicate my efforts to tracking and exercising.

    I am doing a walk at home program lets see what happens. Goal is to lose 8 lbs for the month April, I have been stuck and have not lost I have been gaining. Wish me luck.

    March was a rough month for me with St. Patrick's Day and Easter. Too much good food...(and sweets are one of my worst temptations!) Back on track now, though. Current weight 179. Hope to be closer to 170 by the end of April.

    April 8 Monday - 191 lbs

    Lost 1 lb so far and I have lost half an inch on my waist and thighs, so I guess it's all good. I still have 7 lbs to reach my goal for the month of April.
