Down 2.4 this morning! Current weight is 162.8...13 away from goal!0 -
Won't be here tomorrow, as of this morning I had not budged the scale again this week, but it was a very stressful, hectic week and I am happy that I didn't gain anything, lots of sodium on several days. Had a great NSV though, was able to buy a pair of pants in a regular mall store as opposed to a plus size store for the first time in years. And it wasn't the largest size they had either. So although I haven't budged the scale for two weeks I am definitely slimmer around the middle from walking and stat bike, so very, very happy. Have a great week all, will check in Friday or Saturday when I get back home.0
