Down almost 3 lbs from last week! I think I'm losing a lot of water weight as I've been really watching my sodium and upping my water since New Year's....hopefully been burning some fat too, because I've been hitting the gym with a friend and dusting off the ol' Wii Fit!0 -
This morning was my weigh in day, I lost a total of 1.2 pound this week which is great because it's right at my goal of a pound a week. I have lost a total so far of 2.2 pounds. Hoping to keep this up.

My starting weight for the beginning of
January 3----191 lbs Goal for the end of January is 185 lbs. I am going for a 6 lb loss. Good luck to everyone. Don't forget to drink 8 glasses of water a day 8 oz each per glass :drinker:

I have no choice but to check in on Saturdays as I work at 4:00 AM Monday through Friday. Anyway, my weight this morning is 167.8:happy:
I forgot to put that my starting weight was 224, my weight last Saturday( the 29th) was 170.0 and now my current weight of 167.8. There. Now, I am up-to-date0 -
