    Down almost 3 lbs from last week! I think I'm losing a lot of water weight as I've been really watching my sodium and upping my water since New Year's....hopefully been burning some fat too, because I've been hitting the gym with a friend and dusting off the ol' Wii Fit!
  • This morning was my weigh in day, I lost a total of 1.2 pound this week which is great because it's right at my goal of a pound a week. I have lost a total so far of 2.2 pounds. Hoping to keep this up.

    Down 2 pounds for this first week of the challenge. This was a good week for me. I stayed focused and worked on meeting all of my goals!

    back up after 6 days at Disneyland. Back on track and hope to see a nice drop next week. Good news is that I did lots of walking and hit 10,000 steps most days.

    My starting weight for the beginning of

    January 3----191 lbs Goal for the end of January is 185 lbs. I am going for a 6 lb loss. Good luck to everyone. Don't forget to drink 8 glasses of water a day 8 oz each per glass :drinker:

    Today I weighed in and gained again.
    1/10 ---- 192 lbs
    1/17 ---- 194 lbs

    I did not exercise as much this week, that is why I probably gained. I am :mad: at myself for not doing good.

    I have no choice but to check in on Saturdays as I work at 4:00 AM Monday through Friday. Anyway, my weight this morning is 167.8:happy:

    I forgot to put that my starting weight was 224, my weight last Saturday( the 29th) was 170.0 and now my current weight of 167.8. There. Now, I am up-to-date
    As of this morning, I am now at 166.8, down 1 LB. 16 to goal!
    Down 2.2 LBS. Weight is now 164.6

    I didn't lose any weight this week, but I didn't gain any either. My birthday was on Thursday, and it threw off my entire weekend. Back on track today!

    I gained weight this week. Didn't surprise me, I have given in far too many times to cravings. Hopefully I can get myself back on track and end the month better.
