    This week I am trying to eat 100% clean. I have never attempted this before so we will see how it goes!

    Goal weight = 162.6 (52 pounds from 214.6)

    This week wasn't really fair as I am sure I lost most of that weight just from not eating as much holiday crap. LOL

    At 221.2; down 3.6 from Jan. 1. Haven't quite taken care of all of the Christmas weight (5 lbs), but that's a good start!

    Down 2.4 this week! Had to weigh in early because I'm on vacay now, and hoping that I don't gain tooooo much while I'm away! Went for half hour walks with my hubby yesterday and today, so I'm pretty happy with that!

    My weigh in is tomorrow. I gained a bit over the 2 1/2 week period since last weigh in... but really hoping for maintance as of tomorrow!

    I have a weekend full of family and food this weekend goal is to maintain then as of Monday kicking it into gear again!

  • First day starting this challenge, weighed in at 170. Played an hour of Just Dance 4 this morning, and planning to go for a run this evening before dinner.

    My starting weight for the beginning of

    January 3----191 lbs Goal for the end of January is 185 lbs. I am going for a 6 lb loss. Good luck to everyone. Don't forget to drink 8 glasses of water a day 8 oz each per glass :drinker:

  • I am also weighing in on Tuesday and hoping for at least a little loss, not expecting a huge loss but anything is better than nothing.
    I will come back into this post and put my sw and cw after I weigh in. =)
    This morning was my weigh in day, I lost a total of 1 pound this week which is great because that was exactly my goal a pound a week.

    oops...sorry I missed it...work is killing me! I did weigh on Monday and I am at 207 (there is my 2 pound holiday gain!) OK>..here is hoping things start moving in the right direction again!

    I have no choice but to check in on Saturdays as I work at 4:00 AM Monday through Friday. Anyway, my weight this morning is 167.8:happy:

    I forgot to put that my starting weight was 224, my weight last Saturday( the 29th) was 170.0 and now my current weight of 167.8. There. Now, I am up-to-date
    As of this morning, I am now at 166.8, down 1 LB. 16 to goal!

    Down 2.6 this week. I exercised 5 days last week!

    Total loss: 3.6 I can't ask for more...that gives me an average of 1 pound per week.

    Unfortunetly I am up 1 lb. It was a really tough weekend as it was my daughters birthday. But I am confident I will get right back into the swing of things and hopefully lose this 1 lb plus more.
