Sadly, I am maintaining my SW. I don't think I am burning enough calories so I upped my cardio today and hopefully stay motivated to do it this week! Tomorrow is my weigh in day so we shall see!
And weekends suck. I have a love/hate relationship with em. I did really bad over the weekend.0 -
No loss again this week, still at 228 per the scale, but I was able to get into a pair of jeans and actually button them, that before Christmas I could not even get close to buttoning, so I will have to take that for this week and hope for better numbers next week.0

I'm disappointed this week, because somehow my weight went up a pound. I've been more active and eating OK, I lost 4 lbs over the holidays doing the same.
I've noticed that after exercising I'm not sore now and I'm not getting "jello-legs" any more. Does this mean that I'm gaining muscle, and could this be the reason for the gain? Any insight welcome!0 -
