No real changes been up and down the same pound. Went to the doc and have hypothyroidism and a thyroid nodule they are doing a biopsy on this week. Haven't been into it this week. Hopefully everything will be ok and I'll get to losing again!0 -

Won't be here tomorrow, as of this morning I had not budged the scale again this week, but it was a very stressful, hectic week and I am happy that I didn't gain anything, lots of sodium on several days. Had a great NSV though, was able to buy a pair of pants in a regular mall store as opposed to a plus size store for the first time in years. And it wasn't the largest size they had either. So although I haven't budged the scale for two weeks I am definitely slimmer around the middle from walking and stat bike, so very, very happy. Have a great week all, will check in Friday or Saturday when I get back home.

182 down 1.5. I just might make 180 by my anniversary on feb 18th. That is a mini goal for me. Would put me half way to goal weight.0

I forgot to check in last week... but I have lost and gained the same pound over the last few weeks. I know it is because I am being lazier and not eating as well. Here's to getting back on track!

I have hypothyroidism too and its a pain.. I used to think I just didnt eat healthy or maybe it was genetics until I found that out.. Good luck with your biopsy!0 -

I have no choice but to check in on Saturdays as I work at 4:00 AM Monday through Friday. Anyway, my weight this morning is 167.8:happy:
I forgot to put that my starting weight was 224, my weight last Saturday( the 29th) was 170.0 and now my current weight of 167.8. There. Now, I am up-to-date
Down 2.4 this morning! Current weight is 162.8...13 away from goal!0 -
dropped 3 pounds after a major event dinner last Saturday, and breakfast last Sunday...stayed clean after that, and the burn was very high at the end of this week! Down 11 pounds from end of December! 42 more to go on this challenge!
