Well after last week's drop, this week I am up 0.8. This is my pattern : a big drop followed by a few weeks of small ups and downs finally followed by another big drop. Hope the big drop is soon. I have been sticking with 90 minutes on the recumbant bike, two days of strength training with a personal trainer at the gym and getting 4000 steps. Tomorrow I am adding yoga once per week with the intention of increasing it going forward. I am certainly the tortoise as far as weight loss.0 -

March was a rough month for me with St. Patrick's Day and Easter. Too much good food...(and sweets are one of my worst temptations!) Back on track now, though. Current weight 179. Hope to be closer to 170 by the end of April.0

My laptop crashed and burned 3 weeks ago. Without MFP I just blew it. I now know how important this website and my pals are to me. I need the motivation and support. I purchased my new laptop this past weekend. I'm back and refocused. Never give up! It was difficult to get on the scale but I had to do it for accountability.0 -
