Bleck! I've been down and up and down again ... I need to get myself under control. Not bad considering all of the fluctuation, only 1/2 pound off of the week 6 bench mark.

Finally a loss, not a huge one but a loss - Down 1/2 lb from last official weigh-in, but 3 lbs from last week which was a sodium laden post vacation weigh in, so very happy.

Not exactly a pound a week, but I have also changed up my program, using the Road Map and 20% TDEE, so I am hoping to shake up my body into a downward trend. Here's hoping.0 -

Biggest Challenge: fluctuation ... it seems I'm all over the place, the trend is downward, but I am up and down week to week it seems. It gets discouraging sometimes.

Down 17 right now. Had a tough weekend with birthday parties, vacation, and celebrations. One day off track brought me up 3 pounds! But, they are coming off fast. I love MFP because this is one of the first times that "one day off track" didn't throw me completely off track!0
