My current weight as of today is 190 lbs, on May 27 I weigh in at 188 lbs and this week I have gain 2 pounds. I have been losing 2 lbs and then I gain a pound or two, what is going on.

I lost 1 lb, I guess my weight loss is like a yo-yo up down, up down. This week I have gone way over my calories and did not exercise as much, instead I only work-out 2 times a week; go figure I can't seem to find how I can keep losing and not gaining. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am eating at least 1204 calories a day and sometimes more, I try to work-out 4 to 5 days a week doing cardio and strength training. One thing is I eat lots of carbs which I know are not good and I do drink at least 64 oz's of water a day. Any advice will be welcomed, thank you and good luck on your journeys.0 -
