OK, we all have a favorite food product that has helped us curb cravings or served as the "perfect" diet meal.... Here are mine:

Special K - Cracker Chips (Sea Salt), Popcorn Chips (Sweet and Salty)
Atkins- Peanut Butter Granola Bars
Laughing Cow- Light Cheese


These have been my go-tos throughout my 85 lb. weight loss journey... (30 lbs. to go).

    I eat them all a lot, at least 2 of the above every day. I find that restricting them makes me want to binge eat them all day every day.

    Yes...Greek Yogurt is a good one for me... Pizza is great... but I eat too much of it when it's here... so I avoid it!

    i've been eating anything with high fat content and little to no carbs.

    eggs, beef, steak, chicken, sausage links, chicken sausages, light skinny popcorn.

    my favorite go to meal, usually for dinner, is portabella mushrooms, some type of marinara or spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Its quick and easy.

    I like Ocean Spray diet cranberry juice. It's only 5 calories! Popcorn seems to be a great snack staple, too.
