OK, we all have a favorite food product that has helped us curb cravings or served as the "perfect" diet meal.... Here are mine:
Special K - Cracker Chips (Sea Salt), Popcorn Chips (Sweet and Salty)
Atkins- Peanut Butter Granola Bars
Laughing Cow- Light Cheese
These have been my go-tos throughout my 85 lb. weight loss journey... (30 lbs. to go).

I eat them all a lot, at least 2 of the above every day. I find that restricting them makes me want to binge eat them all day every day.0 -
Yes...Greek Yogurt is a good one for me... Pizza is great... but I eat too much of it when it's here... so I avoid it!0

my favorite go to meal, usually for dinner, is portabella mushrooms, some type of marinara or spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese. Its quick and easy.0

I like Ocean Spray diet cranberry juice. It's only 5 calories! Popcorn seems to be a great snack staple, too.0
