I've had both.. I'm lucky to be dating a fabulous man right now who's supportive of my goals, and has actually started to eat a little healthier as a result :-) You have to stick to it.

I dropped milk at the beginning of the year (and all other dairy in Sept). Blue Diamond unsweetened vanilla is my favorite.

Most stores have ring guards you can buy to help your rings fit better until you reach your goal. Why wouldn't you wear them on the right finger(s) if that's what your wife wants? If it makes her feel better...

Genetics, hydration and the such all have influences. When you LOSE the weight, you may have LOOSE skin, but that certainly beats skin with fat under it :-)

Time for a new doctor. My Mom is diabetic and her doctor is so helpful AND referred her to a nutritionist for additional help (and with the referral her insurance DOES cover it).

When I had dairy, I would mix in a little bit of protein powder. It would taste like pudding. Also frozen berries, honey, or a little granola.
