you are able to adjust your total calories in th the goal setting area. I found when I was at 1425 I was losing weight and when they adjusted my calories to 1350 I really struggled to meet the 1350 goal and became discouraged. for me personally, I am better off eating a few extra calories a day and losing more slowly then…

thanks! it lets me look at one nutrient at a time. I would like to see a daily overview of all my nutrients. but that definately helps. thanks. and great job on the wt loss
