Fitting in enough exercise is the biggest problem for me! i have an elliptical trainer at home that i try to use at least weekly but I get bored with it easily. I also have bad knees (arthritis ) so that limits me from running, walking any long distances and most aerobic classes. I try to get to the YMCA for the water…

I am sort of in the same boat as you aprrae. My family and I have been sick with something--maybe a flu virus-not sure; but that has kept me away for a couple weeks. Now I am finding it difficult to get back at it! I have lost 4 pounds since I started with MFP in January --not ready to stop yet.

I forgot to ask... I notice that I am a little low on the protein content of my choices. I am not a big meat eater. wondering if anyone has ideas for good sources of protein to insert into my meals??

My biggest goal that i am working towards is sticking with is tracking my food and trying to stick with my mfp goals. As i mentioned once before--I love food so I have to try to change my bad habits like late night snacking after my kids are in bed AND skipping breakfast.
