I'm meant to be on week three but am mid-way through week two. I'm switching it up a bit though - if I do a good amount of other exercise , I skip insanity but pick up the following day.

I like my coffee with sugar and cream but you can also add cinnamon (ideally when it's brewing) to sweeten it. I find that I need less sweetener this way.
