Oooh you are on the front of the website :) Good for you! My anniversary date is also today but I've been here for a year. I've had some rough months but have a much healthier attitude about food and exercise thanks to this site. I can't wait to be at the point where I am maintaining!

you look amazing!! I'm proud of you for quitting smoking too!

Life happens, the important thing is that you are back and thinking about the journey to get healthy again. I have seen the scale creep back up in the past few months due to stress in my life but I am re-starting my weight loss again. Feel free to add me!

What's your exercise routine like? Make sure you are drinking lots of water. Eat at least 1200 per day...anything less might put your body into starvation mode.

You look amazing peppers! I wish I had kept up with you and I'd be at that point too. Thanks for being inspiring!

Looking great! I think that slow weight loss is actually a bit better in the long run. Keep up the good work!

I'm a mama too (15 month old daughter) and I know how hard it is to have time to look after yourself as well. Add me if you'd like :) I've been having a difficult couple of months so I could use support too..I have until Christmas to reach my next weight loss goal. Let's do this!!

I have 1 right now..I would love to have 4 but realistically we'll probably have 2

good for you! sounds like you have a great mindset
-
well done! I'm pleased to have 'known' you since you started this journey and I'm only a month ahead of you in my own. Let's finish this :)

I think you have to make a decision to change and stick with it. Find the motivation to succeed. Change the way you think - you are not on a diet..you are living a healthier life which involves eating better and exercising. It's all a mind game. It's not easy but once you choose to stick to it and start seeing the results…

steady change for me. I started at 215 and it wasn't until 177 that I really felt like I looked different.

good job!! I love success stories :) Keep up the good work

roast it in the oven for 5-7 minutes put olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper on it and let soak for a few minutes before putting in oven seriously yummy

Next time I get pregnant I will... -be at a much healthier starting weight -eat better throughout my pregnancy It wasn't really about the weight gain during pregnancy for me but since I was at an obese BMI I just was not healthy all around.

My guess is that Rulon gained the weight back or at least some of it. How disappointing. I want Hannah to win!

I did it a few months ago and really liked it. I did it 30 days straight and lost 12 lbs plus a number of inches. It is hard to motivate yourself to exercise everyday but well worth the results. I will be starting ripped in 30 in a few weeks

I'm glad that you are also looking into supporting your mind as well as your body. I don't suffer from anxiety but I'm always a PM away if you want to chat!

You will for sure have before and after pics. You need to remember that it is okay to have bad days but then get right back at it the next day. Work hard and you will see results!

I've tried losing weight before without exercising and it works for a bit but then stops. This time I have been exercising and counting calories and the results have been amazing. I have heard time and again that successful weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise
