I am looking forward to this group. I do well with exercise (I go to a gym and also stream Beach Body). I eat well (fruits, veggies, whole grains). My issue is I eat too much and am a stress eater. I live in PA and have 3 kids (ages 9, 5, and 2).

I am 10 months pp and only lost 10 pounds despite my best efforts. I have 15 more to go from weight I got pregnant at and 30 to go to get back to weight I was year before I got pregnant. I am here for support and accountability. The thought of putting on summer shorts and a bathing suit makes me want to laugh (or cry).
