That sounds wonderful! Thanks for sharing!

Here are a couple of things I do: 1) eat breakfast every day - usually oatmeal - then don't snack or eat again until lunch 2) snack on sugar-free pickles or deli turkey. Pickles are like zero calories and turkey is pretty low too 3) replace lasagne noodles with thin sliced zucchini (spelling???) I can't tell the difference…

Buffalo Chicken dip isn't bad for calories and can be made using low-cal ingredients from the orginal recipe. Orginal recipe is on Frank's Red Hot Sauce web site but the basic recipe (going from memory here) is cooked, shredded chicken breast, Franks Red Hot Buffalo Sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing and mozz cheese. Good…

Maybe see they are looking for PT help. Our YMCA gives free memberships even if you work just a few hours a week

I have to remind myself the true cost of "cheap, fast" food. Kind of that "junk in, junk out" attitude. The right fuel might cost a bit more and take some planning, but isn't it worth it?

No, just posted here.

Check the sodium content of your "quick" food. Sodium does affect weight loss.

You can look at mine. One food item that keeps coming up in what I read is oatmeal. If it isn't one of your food items now, it might be worth a try. Dr. Oz's site had a nice article on it. Just a thought.

Would like to do this too. March 2 - 30 minute walk. Will start keeping track of miles tomorrow. Good challenge.

You can use the roasted squash as a filler for lasagna. I used thin sliced zuccini (selling?) for the "noodles". It was pretty good and low cal. I mixed the cooked squash with low fat cottage cheese, parm, spices and one egg, layered with chicken chicken and sauce. Enjoy!

Made this tonight for dinner and it was very good. Thank you for sharing. I think we'll add it to the menu rotation. I'm lucky in that my microwave has a vegetable setting, so making the spaghetti squash is very fast. Thanks!

Looks awesome AND I have all the ingredients already. Trying this soon. Thanks!

Put the cable on hold, put the cell phone on hold, don't go to restaurants...do whatever you have to do to go get your thyroid checked and get on the medication you need. This is not something you can ignore forever if you want to live a healthy life. Talk to your doc's office and see if they will let you pay over time.…

It's really good! I tried the lettuce wraps from there and loved them! Enjoy!

Agreed. ON chocolate in a blender tastes just like a shake to me.

My daughter got it from our stylist. It DOES work. Not the cheapest thing in the world but it has made a big difference for her.

I do both but I will say that being in the gym keeps things interesting (classes, different equipment, meeting new friends) that I think is good for your body and soul. My husband and I love to be outside when the weather is right but the gym is a great alternative.
