for me....low carb is not sustainable enough for a long period and the weight came right back on when I started eating carbs again. I am a firm believer in everything in moderation and no "diet" ever has worked as well as using MFP has worked for me.

lol!....its so true though. You can avoid the nasty "treatment effects if you NEVER go over 15 grams of fat per day. If you never go over 15 grams of fat, you are likely to lose weight anyway! Following MFP has worked so much better for me and ALLI is just a waste of money...dont do it!

I'm about to go clean out my closet because I did the same thing and kept stuff VOWING I would get back in it...and I have! It is also great motivation to tell yourself you need to stay at a size to keep wearing those clothes! Such a great feeling...congrats to you!

I've done the same thing and thought oh well Ive screwed it up anyway might as well go whole hog. Cheat days are almost a necessity so you don't lose your mind and motivation and I've found if I log exactly how it made me feel to over eat it helps me. this has been an awesome post and very interesting responses. Its crazy I know but I just want to be in a size 8 FOR EVERYTHING. My current weight is 146 @ 5'4" and I don't know why but size 8 seems unattainable. I am in a size 10/12 now for the most part. What does it matter anyway and WHY do we do this to ourselves????

I think Nutri System is AWFUL! The food is so sodium packed with very little nutrional value and not very cost effective.
