Thank you all for your excellent responses! I think I still have my pilates tapes, and I know I can do SOME of the moves...just not all. I'll have to see about finding an indoor pool in the ares. The Boys and Girls club has one, but thier fee is beyond what I can afford. I do have a balance/exercise ball...just no idea how…
