Absolutely...its so hard to actually pop an exercise DVD in or even step outside the house for a constructive walk/jog. I'm making it my mission to walk at least 10 miles per week. A mile should roughly take about 13-15 mins so half an hour a day for 2 miles seems doable... So far not done too terribly. Managed 6 miles so…

Well now i have lost 4 pounds this week just by eating more fruit,veg and fibre with a few hours of exercise here and there.I'm getting there surely but slowly.... I need to do more exercise to really get my heart pumping.

Plan ahead thats it...I have no structure to my day so I never plan...it's just whatever is i in the refectory or at my nearest Co-Op and its usually very bad fast junky food.

Concentrated cocoa butter oil is the way to go.Twice a day very day for a month and they'll be visibly improved. They won't disappear but at least they'll look light and faded.
