I did my first C25K session today! I hate running and I suck at it. I was a sprinter when I was young. The 400 was something I loathed. I ran the 100 and that was enough for me. My main sport was softball. I only had to run the bases! I was pretty fast back in the day...... not so much now!

Thanks for the replies! The only reason why I'm watching cholesterol is because I just had bloodwork done and my numbers have increased. My blood pressure is slightly elevated at well.

Usually eat my exercise calories.... looking for ideas on low cal meals/snacks to up the previously mentioned items in my diet.

you might actually need more calories. try upping the amount and see if that changes anything...it worked for me. also how much water are you drinking each day? are you watching your sodium intake? that is a HUGE key when looking at a gain...at least it is for me!

I lost 20lbs before getting pregnant. When the baby was born I was back up to my pre-weight loss weight. Since the baby was born I've gained 10lbs. I'm nursing, working full time, pumping at work. Milk supply has gone down too. I have no time to work out....unless I go right before bedtime and at that point, I'm exhausted…

YES!!!! I've mostly noticed how salty things are (and I used to be a saltaholic). I've been known to add a little bit of Goya fruit Nectar to my water. It's just enough to lightly flavor the water without adding many calories.
