  • I get belly bloat when my eating is out of whack. Alcohol and carbs seem to make it worse. My legs and hands get swollen when my salt and or alcohol levels are higher as well. Try to cut the garbage out and eat clean for a couple of weeks. Lots of water to flush the system out.

  • Since I started doing weights and running in January, I'm constantly sore. I figured that if I'm sore, I'm working hard enough. I just don't want to injure myself so that I can't train harder. I've heard that working a sore muscle helps it to recover. Guess I need to read more of my new nrolfw book for the answers
  • Unless your face broke out or got red, I wouldn't expect it to be a result of a product that came in contact with your skin.
  • Start lifting! Mix up your cardio too.... jogging/walking intervals one day, elliptical (forwards and backwards), and walking on an incline. Diet is totally the key though!
