Belly Bloat

I've been dieting since beginning of May. I've lost around 7-8 pounds. I still want to lose about 10-15 pounds more, but mainly in my belly area. What is the best thing to fight belly fat? I stick to a 1200 calorie diet, low-carb, low-fat and I try to get enough protein. I also take fiber gummies every night, so not sure if this is making me feel more bloated, but I need fiber. Some days I wake up feeling super puffy, hands, feet and especially belly. What works for you?
Thanks.
Thanks.

You can't spot reduce. Keep eating at a deficit and if you haven't yet, start a progressive lifting program to help you lose as much fat as possible as opposed to muscle.
