I usually log my food whilst I am at work. I put in last night's dinner at the same time. I log my excercise at the same time :)

lets face it, exercise isn't really fun. I walk for 1/2 hour at 6:30am each week day before work. I walk with a neighbour because you can't back out of it when someone else is waiting for you. I also try to walk in my lunch break instead of taking the car. Even small things like park the furthest away from where you are…

I guess if you don' have the junk food in the cupboard you won't be tempted and you will only munch on whats available.

It is very hard, there are calories in everything and temptation everywhere. I use my wii fit to weigh in every day, and I walk 1/2 hour every week morning before work. If you get into a habit of doing excersice your body craves it and it gives you more energy. Good luck :)
