  • Totally agree with the above post, you need the support of your family and friends but you have to ask for it and tell them you want help from them. Good luck and don't be too harsh on yourself :)
  • Keep going you've done an amazing job so far, don't think of exercise in big time frames fit it in as incidentals take stairs instead of lifts, walk half your lunch break any movement is better than none and 3 x 10 minutes of exercise is 30 minutes you can do it good luck

  • Thanks for the encouragement as promised the weigh in well I lost 1.3kg which is a great start but I am trying not to focus on the weight just the improved health :D I have a goal but I know it's going to take time
