I got my BMR checked by a place that claims to give 98% accuracy, my basic metabolism is 20% higher than average for my height and weight, and according to the test I can eat 1700 calories on a non exercise day and 2000 on a day I am exercising. I got some nutritional advice with the test and they said I am eating way too…

thanks everyone, I am eating back my calories when I exercise, I'll keep going as I am for now and if I am still not losing I'll try bumping up to 1350 :-)
