I'm 5'9 1/2 with a medium frame. My goal is to be between 150 and 160, I think it's a nice medium size for my height and frame.

I, personally, couldn't breastfeed in public, I would feel to exposed even with a covering. But, if other people are find with it fine. I plan on breastfeeding at home and pumping for times when I'm out and about.

Two scrambled eggs, vegan sausage patties, an english muffin with vegan butter, and three cups of water. Keeps me full for six hours and it's yummy.

I will always be team 'Do What Works For You.' Everyone can tell you that doctors are dumb, you're starving yourself, your metabolism is going to slow down, etc. If you're not hungry eating below BMR then you're good to go. If you're not getting enough food your body will let you know.

Carbohydrates. It doesn't matter in what form they are either. Fruit, veggies, grains, baked goods, etc. They all make me feel bad if they have more that 15 grams of carbs per serving. I'm over 300 lbs as well. And I find a recumbent bike to be most comfortable since it supports my back.
