you cant deprive yourself of the good things... just eat them in moderation. Allow yourself to enjoy food... Just mind your frequency and portion size. I have lost 15 lbs since 1/2/13 but I have not so much as changed the things I eat but the amount and I always stay with in 100 cal of my limit. Just keep going!! If you…

Im a mother of 4 and a wife. I have gained over 40 lbs in a very short amount of time and I am now determined to take the time and effort for myself to work out and eat healthy. I know I am reaching 30 yrs old and it will just get harder and harder to lose weight so its better to do it now than struggle even more later!
