Graphic designer at a large company, so there's usually cake or treats brought in once every week or two. Hard to say no to, but not impossible. I get up early to work out before heading to work in the morning, so I'll either pack something for lunch while I'm cooling down, or stop at a grocery store before I get to the…

You're welcome to add me. I try and log on everyday and log and weigh everything.

Hello! I'm a (soon to be) 27 y/o female who definitely agrees with you on the no kids thing, just not married. Feel free to add me!

I just started making steamed eggs. Yum! 2 eggs and chicken broth. Very filling. Takes a bit of time (15 min) if you're looking for a fast breakfast though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bLZoXGyoxk

I'd say Jennifer Lawrence as well.

I wouldn't call losing about a half a pound a week a plateau. Weight loss isn't linear, and you always loose faster right at the beginning. I think her advice is fine if you're not happy with what you're currently doing.

This dude is a troll, right?

The machines use more averages, the FT4 will be more accurate. Only a 55 cal difference is practically nothing anyways. I think the first time I used my FT4 there was like a 300 cal difference between the two.

I usually eat between 800 and 1200 (please don't ***** at me about it, I don't judge your weight loss choices, don't judge mine). I only ate my exercise calories if I was hungry or wanted a treat. I'm rarely hungry, and when I am it's because I've missed a meal do to being too busy, sleeping too late, etc. I've lost about…

I use my HRM to log all my cardio, I find it's much more accurate than any of the calculations you find online.

Hello from Toronto! :)

SW: 219 CW: 190 GW: 169 and reassess. :) Started at the beginning of the year, and 29 lbs down so far! :)

Is this an American thing? No weight on my license, just height (Ontario).

I've been doing the 1200, usually eat back about half my exercise calories, and I haven't had a plateau last longer than a couple of days (unless I've done something I shouldn't have and eaten an entire med. pizza in one sitting). I'm at 29 lbs down since the beginning of the year and I'm rarely hungry. But not everything…

I have the FT4 and love it. It's super easy to use, and from what the guy at the store explained to me, there isn't a HUGE difference between the 4 and the 7, so the cheaper 4 makes more sense. I don't know about accuracy difference between these and other models though.

I tried doing Zumba in my livingroom barefoot (no carpets) and it gave me blisters on my big toes so I switched to sneakers (though I'm sure the people that live below me don't appreciate it, haha).

Yogurt, mini muffins, freezies, babybels, cottage cheese. I don't like raw veggies, and I'm allergic to nuts or I'd eat those too.

We're already pals, but anyone else is welcome to add me. Toronto here.

I've heard green apple can wake you up better than coffee. When I used to juice I madea green drink in the morning at always woke me up. Green apple, cucumber, lime, and spinach. Yum!

Number one looks better on you, and younger.

5'10, started at 219 and trying to get down to 170 and then reassess. Feel free to add me!

Hello, I'm 5'10 and trying to lose 50 lbs and then reassess if I want to lose any more. Down 20 so far, and I'm on MFP every day. I'll send you a friend request, it'd be great to have others who are in a similar boat for motivation. Anyone else is free to add me too! :)

Avocados Carrots/Cauliflower Yogurt Mini Carrot Muffins (great little snack at 75 calories, helps me not feel tempted to cheat) Mini Whole Wheat Pitas (to make easy low cal "pizzas") And coffee, but that's not a food. :P All from Fortino's.

I don't have cheat days, but every once in a while I'll have a a cheat "meal"...and it may not be completely a cheat. It usually still fits in my daily calories, I've only gone over twice since I started. Either way, I find it's easier to resist those unhealthy foods by NOT allowing myself cheat days. I crave those things…

Toronto area here, feel free to add! :)

Well yesterday, seeing today has only just started. There was cakes and chocolates and pancakes for free at work yesterday and I resisted them all! :)
-
I don't usually plan my dinners. They're more often just a few small "snack things"...banana, avocado, mini pita pizzas, can of tuna etc. But I always prep my lunches for the week on Sunday so this week's lunches are: Steamed carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower with a small "salad" of green apple, yellow pepper, cherry…

I'll treat it like any other day. No need to worry or celebrate by myself. I'll probably just come home, do some Zumba, and read a bit.
