I love adding canned pumpkin to my oatmeal, in a 1:1 ratio. I also throw in a teaspoon each of brown sugar and butter or margarine, and some nutmeg and cinnamon.

For me, it is "diet" or reduced calorie or reduced fat treats. I am never satisfied with low fat cookies or reduced calorie ice cream. I'd rather have nothing that have something that doesn't satisfy my craving.
