You can do all the exercise you like but unless you plan to emulate Sir Christopher Hoy, 50 mins in the gym isn't going to get you much more than 200 or so cals; it's the cals you eat that count. Chocolate is a killer, have you LOOKED at the calories content? Don't buy any more till you lose some weight then treat yourself…
