Might as well jump in today is my first day with P90x3 I had just done chest and back from P90x the other day and my arms are screaming but what the heck here I go.

Today is my last day of week one and I can tell you early in the week I felt awful, everything hurt a lot. Today I just feel powerful, and healthy, still slightly sore but it has gotten a lot better. One thing to consider is that the HR monitor will calculate gross calorie burn. You will have burned a set amount if outside of exercise during that time. There are formulas that will help you calculate the net burn. I found during insanity I would burn around 710 but in net was closer to 600. And this is over a period of…
