  • I'm currently doing Tae Bo PT24/7 and I LOVE it! It is boxing/kickboxing with resistance bands...it's an awesome cardio workout plus strength training with the bands. I still have a lot of weight to lose but the definition in my arms and legs since I've started this workout is amazing!!

  • I gain 3-4 when it's my TOM...I refuse to weigh during that week because the scale plus my raging hormones makes me cry like a baby every time! LOL I stay off until a few days after TOM is gone...it keeps me sane!

  • I know it can get frustrating at times but STICK with it!! 11 pounds is awesome in 3 weeks! Sometimes it takes your body awhile to adjust to the new food/exercise routine and in that time you might not lose but if you stick to the plan the scale will start moving in the right direction!!   • Take a day off and rest!! I'm kind of the same way...those few calories I go over on my "rest" days seem to haunt me! But if you aren't feeling well you need to take the day off and get lots of sleep...hope you get well soon!

  • For my family of 3 it's usually around $125-$150...ugh! And I've come to the conclusion that it costs more money to eat healthy...fresh foods cost more, the healthy or lowfat bread / tortillas/etc. are always more expensive.

  • I agree...I never log in daily chores, even if I do sweat. I log in my "actual take time out of my day to exercise!" That's just me but I would rather call the daily chore sweat an extra burn...no need to get lazy! =)
  • I retain soooo much water during my TOM! From the day it started last month it took a full week for the scale to be back where is should....frustrating!! So yes, I think 2 days after it's over should be sufficient! :smile:
