I hear ya...and I'm on my 2nd and final bacardi/diet for the evening! :drinker: Sigh...it's just one of those things I know I should give up but still haven't quite been able to.

When I started eating right and exercising I skipped my period completely for 1 month and then it took a few months to get it back to "normal." I think it just took my body awhile to adjust to the new lifestyle! Definitely take a pregnancy test if you're sexually active to rule out the possibility though!

I count it as water. I usually have Crystal Light on-the-go packets in my purse and add them to my bottled water. Just make sure you count the calories (it's 10 calories a pack.) I have one or two a day just to give my water a little flavor!

Seriously...I know you're a guy and you might not be into it but Tae Bo & Zumba...both are a GREAT calorie burn...

I kind of like a little bit of a hairy chest...but not a crazy amount! LOL It's gotta be right on, perfect amount for me. I hope you're "Nair" experience goes better than what I've tried on my legs before...that stuff is leathal!!! Will never try it again!! Watch out for the ingrowns...just saying...and good luck!

Good for you!!! As a fellow PCOS'er I can say this is a BIG deal!! Keep doing what works for you...I'm sure there will be ups and downs but don't get discouraged. (That's something I have to work on myself!)

I only gained 21 lbs. with my son but I was sick during the first 3 months and lost 9 lbs. so that "helped!" LOL When I get pregnant with our 2nd I will still keep tracking my food...probably switch my goals to maintain my weight though. My total weight loss for the challenge is 4.2 lbs.!! I was really hoping for at least 6 but the scale just hasn't been moving much the last couple weeks...oh well, I'll take it!! :smile: I really enjoyed having ya'll on my team and hope to have your continued support! This week's challenge is COMPLETE!! I worked out really hard today so I can take a rest day tomorrow and still meet the challenge...and my weekly calorie burn is 2757! I've also completed the "dance" mini challenge...my and my son danced together for fun! As far as the log food in advance challenge...I ALMOST had it…

I'm finishing up this week with 11 miles in...just couldn't get the last 3. I've had a pretty decent week though...stayed under my calories all week.
