Thank you for all of the comments! I actually have trouble grabbing my toes from the word go (or interlace your fingers and grab your toes...). I think it is my tight back and hamstrings, but I carry some extra weight around my middle too. Out of class I seem to be able to be more successful...when I am just practicing…

I did a 30 day challenge. It was really hard for me to schedule all of the classes. I thought that I would feel amazing afterwards, but really I just felt tired. I was definitely stronger and felt really connected to the community at my studio (I was seeing them enough :-). I definitely will do it again, but need to wait…

I read it. I liked the stories from different perspectives. I am not as dedicated as these folks...the back bending clinics sound crazy and I don't know how anyone survives teacher training, but I love my yoga practice :-)
