  • Hi gals. I, too, have been on this site for a couple of years, and it's amazing how helpful it can be...if you stick with it. That's obviously the key, but staying motivated can be really hard. I've done very well losing 10-15 pounds of the 40 I need to lose, but then I fall off the wagon and have to start all over…
