I have always been successful at losing it....but the motivation to keep it off is the problem. Trying again this year. Hoping that logging in what I eat and seeing these messages will help me to "take it off" again and this time "keep it off."

5'1" and always stay below 1200 calories. Never eat back my exercise calories, although I do moderate exercise. But these postings have been very helpful, knowing that many of you can eat a little more than 1200 calories and lose weight. I may try increasing it by 100 calories to see what happens. Thanks.
