I love home DVD's. I have used them for years (Slim in 6 series my FAVE). Now I do mostly the Power Yoga series. I moved in 2011 and the subdivision has a recreation center. I do the Elliptical about 60 minutes a day. Plus weights but not consistently. I still get the Gym feel but it is close, free, and no peer pressure.…

I work out normally from 10-11am and/or 6-8:30 pm. I have been sleeping so much better since I started exercising everyday. I feel so energized that I have to make myself go to bed, but when I turn everything off and settle in - I'm out. Sounds contrary, but maybe go to bed a little earlier and use some transitional quiet…

I love it! I have talked three friends in three years into going and no one made it three time. They hated - I mean HATED it. If I miss more than two days I start feeling stiff and lethargic. I amazes me how different you are practice to practice. Sometimes you own it, some times it owns you!

Sounds like how your mother would answer - but - put fruit in you office. Eat an orange or apple. They stay fresh for over a week. I did the same thing for years and tried to break it with those flavored rice cakes. They are truly discussing though (carmel is almost edible).

I'm trying to log the next days framework in advance, so I know how my fridge will fare (pun intended). I am almost using it as a to do list so if it is 9:00pm and I haven't worked out - off I go to the rec center or for a walk/jog.
