50 pounds in two years. My doctor keeps drilling down that slow weight loss is the best for keeping it off. I feel very confident that the weight will not return, because I have gone long stretches of maintaining the weight loss and not losing, and because my mindset and habits are radically transformed.

Awesome job. I can really relate to your story. I'm now slimmer than I have been since I was 18 - that's 20 years ago. If I get to my goal weight, I will be slimmer than when I was 12 years old. Whoa, talk about a new perspective of oneself.
