I like to use this basic recipe: 1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt 1 cup frozen fruit ( what ever you like or have on hand) 1/2 cup liquid (milk or juice) Sometimes I'll add: 1 cup baby spinach leaves or 1/4 cup rolled oats (uncooked) The spinach blends right in and if you use tart fruit you don't taste it at all.
