Hey Doc, why don't you answer the question instead of belittling her. Most of us are here for encouragement and advice - we don't need any kind of negativity. I haven't had it or looked into it myself, however I have heard great things about it from my health junkie friends.

It is sooooo inspiring to see other tall women achieve their goals! I am 5'10 and just starting (again) this process! But I am new to MFP, and so far it has been such a huge help keeping me on track! I started tracking everything on 1/2/13 and want to lose about 60lbs and then re-evaluate. My goal is to be a size 10/12…
