Besides the usual fruits and carrot sticks...When I want an actual "treat/snack" I found some 100 calorie packs of almonds which are really good (they come in flavors such as vanilla roast) I also find Fage Greek yogurt really fills me up (the 0 fat w/fruit is 120 calories) Pistachios (I always have at-least a few already…
