I am also following the keto diet. I started in June with some ups and down, but I have lost 25lbs so far..so I am continuing with it. I've lost more inches than pounds- but I am continuing on the journey! Good Luck

I actually stopped using it a month ago... Plexus changed it formula- but I am going back to it starting in March. Since they changed the formula-I thought I may need to let my body take a break..will post results as it goes.
