• I'm a bit late, but I weighed in at 161lbs this week. I'm down a pound from my start weight of 162lbs. My goal for this challenge is 148lbs so only 13lbs to go!
  • I weigh exactly the same: 162. Lots of exercise but meh eating.
  • Whoops, posting a little later than 9/1 (I've been busy!) and my start weight is 162lbs. My Nov 30 goal weight is 148lbs. That's a total of 14lbs between now and then (which works out to 1lb a week). Good luck to everyone! Long term I'd like to be between 130lbs-135lbs. My focus needs to be on dealing with cravings and…
  • I'm aiming to lose between 25-30lbs by the end of the year. I think it's very achievable! I run and I am doing the 30 day shred starting September 1. The major thing I need to work on is my eating.
  • My name is Landry, and I've decided September is the time for me to get back on track. I'm already running and easing myself into better eating. I am adding 30DS to the mix as I desperately would like to tone my arms. I've made is about halfway through 30DS and saw results in those 15ish days! My goal is to tone. I'd like…
  • I lost 5.4lbs this week, moving from 158.2 to 152.8!! Biggest weight loss in a single week thus far and bringing me closer to my goal of 150lbs by end of April/start of May! Also, I've lost 12.2lbs from my high of 165.
  • This week’s weigh-in is the first where I’ve actually weighed less than the March 25 weigh in! I’m down 3.2lbs from March 25, and down 5.6lbs from my starting weight. I’m on day eight of level one of 30 Day Shred (started on April 7) and I definitely think that’s helping. I can see and feel a huge difference. Also, I have…
  • Cutting back on alcohol...I'm thinking about not drinking for the next 3-4 weeks! Also, I started 30 Day Shred and my goal is to successfully complete all 30 days with no rest days!

  • Perhaps swimming? It doesn't really get lower impact than that. Most pools where people train have these little devices called "pull buoys" which you stick between your legs just above your knees. They keep you from kicking and put the emphasis on the arm motions. That might be an option. Or maybe biking?
  • Guys, look on the spreadsheet. The link to the spreadsheet is on a thread in this community. The spreadsheet designates the days to record your weight. So you log your weight for today. Next logged weigh in is next Monday, April 1. Hope this is helpful.
  • Me too! 26, 5'6" and currently 161lbs. I want to weigh 135lbs and have lost 4lbs thus far!
  • Fresh from this morning (roughly 161lbs) my goal is to get to 145lbs by the end of this challenge, and then eventually to 135lbs. my lower stomach is a problem area...i don't have particularly wide hips and so I get these awful love handles that I can't wait to disappear!!
  • The name's Landry. I am a financial journalist in NYC. I don't have a favorite season...I like them all equally considering each offers something different for me to enjoy! Same goes for favorite book--I've read and enjoyed too many to pick just one. My favorite color is pale green. I'm a big fan of red wine, craft beers…
