I usually do 1 cup of strawberries, 1 medium banana, and 1 cup of 1% chocolate milk. It's about 300 calories. ETA: The strawberries are frozen. If you use fresh, add ice.

My work scrubs fit better so I no longer look like a giant green sausage. Also, my clothes from my previous weight loss are starting to fit again.

I have about 100 lbs to lose. I lost 40 lbs once and then gained it all back from stress in my crazy life. I set my diary to public to help hold me accountable. I also find that the more friends I have, the more I stay on track. This time I want to take the weight off and keep it off!
