Quick post today, busy bee. Sounds like everyone's doing well, except @DawnEmbers - I hate not sleeping, it's brutal. I hope you get through it soon (my last bout was a 2 week long spotty sleep patter, it was awful). Yesterday, ran 2 miles on the treadmill, walked 1. Today: 10 minute body movement workout out (warmup)…

Got my lift in today, was well rested and able to add my warmup back! 10 min/20 body movement warmup Squats: 2x5x45, 1x3x75, 5x5x120 (raised up by 5 lbs, felt fine) OHP: 2x5x45, 5x5x70 Dead: 1x5x135 Went well, the 5 lb increase on squats didn't feel too bad...maybe stay here a week or two...

Thanks for the tips! I have very little space because I live in a townhome...it'll be so sad to kill the lettuce, but it's the way it goes I guess. I didn't really think to cycle plant, maybe when we eat some ill plant some more. We'll see how it goes!

Nothing today or yesterday (regular rest days for me) - tomorrow = lifts. Tonight I may end up going for a walk or bike ride with my peeps, but nothing is officially planned right now. In other news: 1. I found a watch setting today that lets me quickly see my activity results on my Apple watch - it's been there all along,…

Forgot to put words with my photos. First to know - I have never in my life had a garden, so it may get wrecked by my inexperience. I am enjoying seeing the things pop up though. Right now I have carrots, spinach and lettuce planted - this weekend I'd like to get my tomatoes and cucumbers going. I have the herbs in a pot…

Yep, I'm in (starting today). I log religiously for the most part, but my goal is to hit my goals better. I really want to see if there's a big difference if I adhere better to what I laid out. I have generous goal, so it shouldn't be as hard as I've been making it!!

Started laundry and headed to the basement. Lift day! Still haven't been doing my extra warm ups, but may try to pick it back up again this coming week. Squat: 2x5x45, 1x3x75, 5x5x115 Bench: 2x5x45, 5x5x80 Rows: 5x5x80 Have a good weekend...rainy here, kids games are gonna be miserably wet and cold

Treadmill today - just incline walking. My neck through my shoulders are killing me - I may have to skip lifts tomorrow if its not better when I wake up. I was better this morning when I got up, but it's tightening up again today. Sucks.

This is a nice place to get to, but it takes time. I used to fight the desire daily - now it's rare. If I eat too much, or not the right stuff my body lets me know. It's just not worth the physical suffering (and I don't even mean weight gain, I mean actual stomach pains, etc.).
-
Guys, I have to go in an hour earlier and I managed to get up for my work out an hour earlier! What the what?! So proud
-
Lol, they only thought I was weird until they see my before/after...still they think it's a strange way to eat even if it works

Oh, I love that! My husband and I were around the same weight for about 2 years (he's about 4.5" taller than me, so yeah). Now I'm about 15 lbs less than him and would like to lengthen the gap to another 10 or so! So nice :)

Just hit the treadmill this morning, didn't feel like doing anything at all so I set it to 3mph and 6 incline. Broke a sweat, but only barely. It'll have to suffice for the day. Tomorrow, lifts.
-
@VeryKatie - you could try and see how it feels, but if it starts to feel even a little bad I'd stop. If you are questioning it, though, it may be worth skipping. Better to miss a day to heal than miss 20 being out of commission.

@lwhayes820 - Thank you, stick with it and you'll have your own before/after! As for the rest, I just can't function well enough without it. Everything suffers when you aren't well rested. The last two weeks have been touch-and-go with my sleep, so now I've cut out my pre-lifting warm up routine. I still warm up with the…

Still struggling to get enough sleep time, but I did lift this morning. No pre-warmup though. Squats: 2x5x45, 1x3x75, 5x5x115 Bench: 2x5x45, 5x5x80 Row: 5x5x80 Bumped the bench/row up 5 today - felt fine. Maybe one or two more times at this weight and I'll be ready for more. I think I'm ready to bump squats, but that…

5:30 am for exercise, 7am leave for work, 5:15p arrive home and do mom/house stuff...then bed. I have 12 year old twins and a 14 year old stepson - all of whom play a travel sport. So we are constantly on the go. The 14 year old lives 30 minutes away so the nights we have him are long round-trips. Dinner on practice nights…

@TravelsWithHuckleberry - I take the standard 1.5 min rest between each set - unless I'm running late and can manage it with shorter rest (which usually only happens with bench/row - the others need full rest). Welcome back! I'm thinking I'm a new name to you since I don't recognize yours either :) @pezhed - Nice on the…

Thanks everyone

Slept really well and my workout was good! 10 min warm Squat: 2x5x45, 1x3x75, 5x5x155 OHP: 2x5x45, 5x5x70 Dead: 1x5x135 Have a good weekend! My next scheduled exercise is Tuesday :)

Thanks ladies! I was guns blazing and it just got to be too much. Reevaluated and now I'm a happier and better adjusted girl. My weights still feel heavy so I know I'm working, but I'm it in misery
-
Thank you! I renamed it to trick the stupid board to letting me in to trying to upload it again LOL.
-
I did it on my desktop...not sure what I did wrong, though. So frustrating...
-
Does the photo insert option not work? Is there a trick I don't know? Ugh, I hate technology sometimes!!!!
-
Well, I don't see the photo and when I try to add it again the site tells me it's already in this discussion and won't be added again....
-
I don't know if the photo thing would work - but these are the only photos I could find before/after (ish) that were handy. The After is from last July, so even since then I'm a little smaller and more toned. The before picture is older - like about 11 years ago or something.

I only took progesterone when I was TTC - and it was part of the IVF process. The massive amounts of hormones I went through were brutal - I was an emotional roller coaster for sure. I haven't experienced it otherwise, though...
-
I don't have it, but I can certainly understand how frustrating it would be. How nice that you know BC makes it manageable, though! I hope you're able to conceive quickly so you can get back to normal, sounds extremely painful ((Hugs))
