I find there is nothing better for core work (provided you have a good instructor). Miss my old Pilates class. Was a great work out. Need to work it back into my schedule!

A couple of us on here are doing the 30 Day Shred. Supposed to provide good results. 3 phases for 10 days each. Only need small hand weights. I got mine on Amazon Prime for iPad but I hear they are on youtube too.

Thanks for the add, Awesome :) Started 30 DS yesterday...felt good. Surprised how sweaty I got in such a short time...Legs are voicing their displeasure this morning but I am looking forward to Day 2. Going to go out at lunch a get some 3 lb dumbbells for those straight out arm things. Couldn't keep my form with the 5 lbs.
